Wellness Workshops

I am working with Caroline Sherlock at Eat Drink Live Well. Organising a range of Wellness Workshops and Nutrition Programmes on these topics and more, catering for large groups (15+ people), small groups (6-8 people) or our private programmes (1-2 people) if you prefer a more personalised approach. These small group workshops are perfect for getting a group of friends together!

Caroline Sherlock BA(ss), Dip ION, MBANT, CNHC is a qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner and is passionate about using food as medicine.

Caroline and I met a few years ago and have since done workshops, been interviewed on the radio and generally have nutritious recipes, expert tips and making nutrition both easy and accessible, in common!

During the workshops I bring the food and the ingredients to life through a demonstration. Talk about the reasons why we use these ingredients in particular and show that maybe a complicated menu plan or recipe can be put together with minimal fuss. I enjoy keeping the workshop interactive as much as possible, with lots of snacks and tasty food to try!
