By using Alive with Flavour you accept these terms

By using Alive with Flavour, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Alive with Flavour. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

We may make changes to these terms

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use Alive with Flavour, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.


Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellation within four weeks of a booked event. 

Within four weeks of a booked event, there is a 50% cancellation fee due.

Within one week of a booked event we do not offer any refund. 

Why we need your data  
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with on-going member services and provide relevant information to our members.
We will only collect personal data from you that we need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.


What we do with your data  
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff based in the UK.  However for the purposes of Accounting, IT hosting and maintenance this information could be located on servers within and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

No third parties will have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. 

We do not share your data with third party suppliers unless there is a requirement to do so to carry out member services on your behalf.
We will not (and do not sell your data). 


How long we keep your data 
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.  Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.  Business critical information will always need to be communicated to you as long as you remain a member.


Your rights  
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.  If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain in the first instance to our information officer via jobanks@alivewithflavour.com, if not satisfied you may refer the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/

The information you will be asked to provide to us for these purposes will include first name, last name, email address, password, postal address, phone number

In respect of the use of the Services, we use information held about you (and information about others that you have provided us with) in the following ways:

Use Justification: Legitimate interest (to ensure the database is accurate and up to date and communicate with users)

We will not sell your personal data (or any other data you provide us with) to third-parties

Where we store your personal information

The personal data that we collect from you (including email addresses that form part of our prospective marketing database) is processed and stored on our secure computing devices in the UK
