Spent yesterday morning with Alex Thurman from Feed the Brood here in Edenbridge. Talking about vegan, gluten free and family friendly meals. I chatted to Alex as she got ready for her family evening meal at 10am in the morning. On the menu : Cowboy Beans, (next time no honey!) baked potatoes and some avocado, chilli, and lime accompaniments. Alex shared some great tips and always interesting rustling in someone else’s fridge and freezer. I have family from South Africa but still never come across a ‘Wonderbag’ which was so exciting a duvet for your dinner, keeping it warm for hours, ready to serve.
