Making chocolates with Temper Temper

We had a great evening of team building and laughs last night at Temper, Temper in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.



Temper Temper is a chocolate school; running workshops, corporate team building events and parties for children and adults. Alison, owner of this local business has been busy this week with children’s halloween classes and has already got started with Christmas orders. Temper temper supply many local farm shops and cafes. They make their own milk, dark and white chocolate onsite and make traditional bars, truffles, florentines to bespoke orders.





Alison was telling us last night that a bride had been in making over 150 individual chocolate favours for her wedding guests, what a lovely idea!


Last night we started the evening with a few drinks and snacks before getting to work in the chocolate kitchen. Decorating our lollies and choice of moulds we then rolled and dipped our truffles. Learning some beautiful decorating techniques we all got carried away with making fancy florentines. I always enjoy dipping the balloon into the chocolate to make your bowl, looks so impressive! It will make an excellent gift, if they last that long.



Alive with Flavour has been working with Temper Temper for over five years now. We have collaborated for chocolate tastings, food festivals, workshops and Choctails.


Going into London for Cookery classes can be costly. I loved the ease of supporting a local business in Tunbridge Wells. An easy drive home after all that chocolate!
