Revisit your favourite summer food memories with a relaxed evening, savouring flavour-filled dishes and wine that will remind you just why Mediterranean cuisine remains unsurpassed.
Our evening starts with a Prosecco Kir, Bruschetta piled high with fresh tomatoes, Mushrooms Manchego, Spaghetti alle vongole, Melanzana Parmigiana and to finish Tiramisu & coffee – all savoury dishes will be paired with tasting beautiful wines from the Med. Our guest chef is Toni Yardley with her Italian background and well known for her delicious virgin olive oil – Olio Di Piatello.
This is an unmissable evening of tasting and learning, all all recipes will be supplied for trying at home. So join us with friends for a fantastic evening of food and fun. Cost is just £35 per head and includes all food and wine tastings.
