Alive with Flavour is excited to be at the new Squerryes Winery for this special supper club with Will Devlin. Will who was Head Chef at the Windmill, Hollingbourne has worked in many Michelin star kitchens, he now runs his own pop up restaurant business. For our February Supper Club he will be teaching us all how to cook the perfect steak!

Hosted in the local, beautiful surrounds of the Squerryes Winery this evening is a chance to sit back and relax over a glass of Squerryes Sparkling wine, Chefs tips and quality local produce. Sourcing his Shorthorn beef from Kent and serving the meat with triple cooked chips, woodland mushrooms, confit tomato’s & watercress salad it’s a night for any steak lover! As well as talking us through the cuts of meat, prepping and cooking Will also will be showing you a few sauces Bernaise, Blue Cheese, and Peppercorn.

A vital ingredient to a successful steak supper is the red wine and we will take you through a ‘mini’ wine tasting with Wills’ favourite suggestions.
