This is a supper club with a difference… Wednesday 7th June is our second Crockham Hill CURRY CLUB taking place in the Village Hall 7.30-9.30pm. In May, Ju is demonstrating a Thai Green Curry (Chicken and Vegetarian), and in June has a delicious Red Thai Curry with Duck on the menu. Cost is just £20 and includes not only a delicious curry but learn the secrets behind the dish and how to create it from scratch! Ju is from Thailand and is an excellent cook, we have already run a few cookery classes together! This is all demonstration style. Then sit back, chat and enjoy a glass of wine and your curry – I cannot wait – tickets are on sale now.

About Juthamard Morgan – Thai cook
Ju has lived in the UK since 1993. Far from the kitchen she worked in London in the banking industry as an Asian Analyst until she stopped to have children.
Ju as always been interested in cooking. She enjoys making a variety of Thai dishes. Thai Food varies between regions in Thailand, North and South being quite different.
Ju is a mother of 2 boys age 10 and 6 and lives in Caterham. I met Ju through a mutual friend and being another ‘foodie’ we immediately had lots to talk about….. I am excited what she can offer and teach us locally.
