    Boozy Berries Chocolate Brownies

    Taken from Pinkster Boozy Berries Cookbook. A moreish boozy bake… Serves: approx 20 brownies Ingredients: 2 tbsp Boozy Berries A punnet of fresh raspberries 50g chopped walnuts or hazelnuts (optional) 200g dark chocolate, broken into chunks 100g milk chocolate, broken into chunks 250g pack salted butter 400g soft light brown sugar 4 large eggs 140g plain flour 50g cocoa powder Method 1.Heat oven to 180C.     We have been so lucky with this beautiful Spring weather the past few days.     It’s Friday and its gone cold again… I had been wishful thinking earlier in the week on my dog walk with the sun out!     As its Chocolate Week I have been busy experimenting. I have been meaning to do this for a while, baking with avocados!
