It was National Carrot day on the 4th April 2018, didn’t realise such a day existed. Today we were very busy with one of the favourite of all ‘veggies’ carrots! We have all had a busy Easter holidays already, maybe you have been away, just going or looking forward to flying or driving off somewhere nice next week. We had a great day today with our Easter Cookery Camp at Lingfield College, St.Piers Lane, Lingfield, Surrey. The day definitely seemed to have a ‘carrot’ theme. W
