Alive with Flavour will deliver any food experience you want, where you want it. This can be a pub, restaurant, wine bar, kitchen showroom or a corporate boardroom.
We take all the work out of putting on that experience, providing the necessary food and drink, staff and knowledge to make it a truly immersive ‘foodie experience’.

Apres Ski
Imagine you are in the Alps, snuggled in a cosy ski lodge enjoying that ‘apres ski’. Mulled wine, and Fondue Savoyarde is on the menu, a chance to chat, eat and learn about this winter tradition. Up to 24 people.

Choctails
An evening of chocolate, learning about the benefits and sampling different savoury and sweet combinations in chocolate canapes. Two chocolate inspired cocktails and a chance as always to get ‘hands on’ with making your own truffles, florentines or both. Up to 40 people.

Cocktails and Canapes
It could be one of our summer cocktail parties or we could be enjoying fizz for the festive period with Christmas inspired canapes. Interactive with shaking and making, learning seasonal garnishes and canapes that can be rustled up easily to impress all your guests whatever the occasion. Themes: Valentines, Spring, Summer, Halloween and Christmas.

Prep That Fish Workshops – Oysters, Lobsters and Crab
Learn how to prep shellfish, ready to rustle up savoury recipes ready for lunch or supper. Up to 12 people.

Christmas workshops
A different twist on the ‘wreath workshop’ as Alive with Flavour not only have you ready to hang your festive wreath on the door but take the drama out of Christmas entertaining with a selection of crowd-pleasing make-ahead savoury nibbles and canapes which look and taste way more complicated than they actually are (shhhhhh, don’t tell!) Up to 16 people.

Join us with a glass of fizz as you learn how to make some beautiful, delicious edible gifts. We will show you how easy it is to make spicy roast nuts and quick Boxing Day pickles. Then you will learn how to make marzipan fruits and Italian biscotti ready to take home all festively wrapped! Up to 18 people.
