Supper Club - Mexican Fiesta!

Starting the night off with a refreshing Mojito as we munch on nachos, Jacqueline, our experienced guest Chef for the evening will share her love of Mexican food with us all.  We will cook-along together making delicious mexican fillings, reusing leftovers in a fun and inventive way and making the family favourite enchiladas. Jacqueline lived in Mexico for over 3 months working as a volunteer in a cooking project, she not only has loads of delicious recipes and tips to share but also a few stories and adventures with her travels! Can't wait.
