About the Event
Our first 'face to face' supper club of the year and the perfect night for foodies!
Taking place in the beautiful, rustic barn at Falconhurst Farm Markbeech, with limited tickets available, this evening promises to be the answer to the September seasonal BBQ.
We will be using locally, sourced ingredients where possible, for our delicious savoury menu suitable for all meat lovers! All our guests will be greeted with a seasonal cocktail, there will be a bar available and we are excited to be working once again, with Den, the BBQ Master showing us his tips and tricks!
As with all our supper clubs its the perfect opportunity to share great food and great company...
Here is our finalised BBQ menu:
*Homemade Texan Beef sausages in large rolls, cut and served with mustard on the side.
* Miso Poussin with lemon garlic and chill dip. Seved with Sautéed potatoes.
* Shoulder of pork steaks with cajun paste seasoning, peanuts, bourbon served with coleslaw and roasted pumpkin and beetroot, fusilli salad.
* Deli Truck famous Sticky Ribs served with bbq corn on the cob.
Dessert: Coffee and Homemade - Mixed berry & white chocolate Tiramisu.
