“now I’m no cook but i was truly inspired…….. the chat was as colourful as the food and i left wanting to try out the ideas………. I really don’t cook …….. my husband does but I will try the oh so clever (and simple) apples desserts and they looked so professional”

Wednesday 26th July 2017 – Children’s Summer Cookery Camp at Crockham Hill Village Hall

Owen loved the day thank you so much. He was very proudly showing family what he had made and the family enjoyed Owens strawberry shortbread very much.
He didn’t have any specific feedback, just that he enjoyed it.
Thank you, he’s looking forward to the next one.

Wednesday 7th June 2017 – Red Thai Curry – ‘Hands on’ Supper Club at Crockham Hill Village Hall

The Thai Red Curry evening was the second Supper Club that I have been to & it certainly met all expectations.
Such a fun & interesting time. Ju (the chef) went through every stage of cooking the delicious meal, passing around the ingredients to smell & along with Jo, always ready with an answer to our questions.
I’m really looking forward to the next Supper Club in September. Not only is it great food & good value but it’s a wonderful social evening too!
Thank you Jo

Wednesday 3rd May 2017 – Thai Green Curry – at ‘Hands-on’ Supper Club – Crockham Hill

“I thought the whole evening worked really well. Loved the food and it was great to see that it was really quite easy to prepare. (And that you could ‘cheat’ and buy paste if you wanted too). My only comment is how well people further away from Ju could hear her? Not her accent but the volume.  We were OK sitting right at the ‘front’ but it might be good to get feedback from those sitting further away? Well done for organising this. Look forward to the next one”.  (Julie, Oxted)

May 2016 – Freezer Workshop – Westerham Village Hall

Jo . I had the most fantastic time and am so cross I won’t be there to disgrace myself at the Masterchef team-building event.
It’s really very satisfying to put those meals in my freezer, knowing Tom will feed the kids something other than pizza on the nights I work.
I thought the venue was great actually and the food fab — space is pretty important and the only change you could possibly make is to reduce the number of dishes , so you have more time to show off your knowledge of cookery —
describing what goes into the dishes, spice wise.
Re the spices in the boxes, I know what Paola means about price but I thought
they were a lovely touch so maybe you could make your own  boxes with pre- measured spices, as that would save time on the measuring too.  Oh and my kids would love a cooking session with you — they were very jealous!
